Mar 29, 2023 · The Headrush has a better user interface and is pretty easy to set up as well. I find it quicker to dial in my Boss on the unit itself and only used the software to back it up. Aug 14, 2006 · From having participated in the various Headrush/Gigboard threads here, the general consensus that I've seen is that most users offer advice to new users or prospective users to generally disregard the factory rigs because they are just really not good at all. The Helix sounds a little scooped (what Andertons pointed out in a few videos) and every time I listen to a Helix sound then other gear it sounds like it's actually a thinner frequency range.
